At Recharge Therapeutics, we are here to help you relax, relieve pain, and rejuvenate your body.
While we do realize that "Life Happens" and unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause us to miss an appointment, we do ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation of any appointment. This policy is just as important for you as it is for us. A strong cancellation policy helps ensure that you keep the commitment you made to your self-care.
Remember, "Self-Care is Healthcare".
This policy is also important for us as a business. When appointments are cancelled on short notice, it is difficult and often impossible for us to make a connection with another client who could possibly take that appointment. This results in an irrecoverable loss to the business and to the therapist's income.

CANCELLATIONS
FIRST cancellation with LESS than 24 hours' notice (for ANY reason) will result in a charge
equal to 50% of the treatment price.
ANY cancellation with LESS than 24 hours' (for ANY reason) thereafter, will result in a charge
equal to 100% of the treatment price.
NO-SHOWS
No-Call, No-Show, will result in a charge equal to 100% of the treatment price.
NO EXCEPTIONS! NO FIRST TIME DISCOUNT!
USING INSURANCE BENEFITS
The above policies apply.
We CANNOT bill your insurance provider for MISSED appointments,
as this is considered INSURANCE FRAUD
and is punishable by law.
